WOOHOO! Just got done with Dr. Jim and my awesome friends at the office and my news is good. Blood sugar levels are right on the money! I am maintaining a weight of 17 lbs! (of course the diet doesn't end and I still could loose a little more I am told) But it's still all good news. I had a nice weekend of watching the birds and playing with my people. Got lots of naps in too. I have tried to encourage them to get up a little earlier by knocking on the linen closet door at 5 am, but they just aren't working with me on it. The earlier they get up the earlier I should have my breakfast, right? Thought I would share the good news, hope you all are doing well.
