I know I have been rather absentee, but I had some health issues that required surgery. I am doing much better know and will not gross you out with the detail, but I will be going in to the doctor quarterly now to make sure this issue doesn't occur again. This is the second time this year I have had this same surgery and it is not fun. We don't know if the cause of the problem is my food or wieght, but we are now in a proactive mode. Inspite of all this my blood sugar levels have been quite well. I am looking forward to having a visitor for the holidays (person) and hanging with my peeps.
