The diet is working, but it is not fun!

Well, good news today for me. My diet is working, as much as I hate to say that. Dr. Jim said stay where we are at with the insulin and keep on with the diet. Darn it, I want more food and I make it really clear around here. They just don't get it, a busy guy like me needs food. I sleep. eat, drink, take care of business, give the people the grace of my attention and guard the house. What do they want, FEED ME! On the other side of things, the Superbowl didn't work out the way I wanted and I will get over it. Not that it matter that much, my team should have been kicking Steelers butt. Another thing I have learned about my illness is that I am no longer the little (emphasis on little mind you!) orange furnace I once was. I get cold a lot more and that is due to the decreased circulation that has occurred due to my illness. If you see pictures posted of me frequently sleeping on or in blankets (and thank you Grandma Boots for making some of my favorites! You rock!) it is because I get cold. Love you guys and I want some of my special friends up north that I love you I know some of you are having hard times right now.
